Jam Digital is owned and operated by me, James Doyle.
Having spent 10 years working closely with customers in a fast paced, busy environment I gradually recognised the way businesses and customers were interacting with each other was changing. I set about studying, reading and consuming as much information as I could about how the business world was being affected by the advances in digital technology. I now hold an honours business studies degree, a postgraduate diploma in digital marketing.
This education, along with my previous commercial experience has given me a new outlook on how to do business.
My view is now from three perspectives –
- Business Knowledge
- Customer Behaviour Experience
- Digital Expertise
Using this view, I set up Jam Digital, to show businesses, specifically small businesses with limited resources, how digital technology can help you reach your customer.
I am based in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, and while a lot of my clients are based in the south east, I also work with businesses from all over Ireland.
Jam Digital offers a variety of services, all aimed at maximising your businesses online potential. I work closely with new businesses in setting up their initial online presence, including domain name registration and social media account set up.
I also work with existing businesses who find they are not making the most of their online opportunities. This includes new website design or redesigning an existing website, search engine optimisation, and data analytics, where existing online activities can be analysed in order to plan an appropriate digital strategy.
As a small business owner myself I understand the struggles and challenges faced by companies in Ireland. Larger companies may be in a position to employ whole departments to look after their digital marketing activities. This is not an option for the majority of Irish SME’s so Jam Digital is here to help.
